Grey Fox, a fully equipped, comfortable, mountain cabin with therapy
hot tub located one and a half hours east of Seattle, Washington, on
the Skykomish River, at the foot of Mount Index. It is 30 minutes
from Stevens Pass Ski Area. Fishing, hiking, biking, rock climbing and white water rafting
are right out the front door. Grey Fox, romantic for couples,
is also excellent for groups up to 8 people. |

"What a wonderful find! Who could have known the day I was "browsing
the internet" daydreaming of getting away for a weekend I would
have been luck enough to find such a great place. "The girls"
needed to get away - we all four work in a beautliful, but very
large and busy downtpwn Seattle hotel. We came up for the weekend,
went rafting, hiking, and just relaxed. I think we would all like
to stay longer, but "duty calls" and we must head back. This home
is absolutely georgeous. Not a detail left undone and we can't
wait to come back. Hopefully we will all be a little more "sane"
back at work tomorrow due to the wonderful getaway. Thanks for

The Large Deck and grounds will support up to 30 people for anniversaries,
wedding receptions and special gatherings. Grey Fox is a perfect
retreat for small groups. Grey fox affords excellent, unique,
inexpensive accomodation for crews and people doing business in
the Redmond/ Everett/ Monroe and Skykomish.
The town of Index is a small, one-of-a-kind, self contained town
that has not changed much since the early 1900s. Surrounded by
beautiful, steep, usually snow covered peaks, Index offers incredible
views from all parts of town. It is bordered on the North by one
of Washington's greatest rock climbing walls, viewable right out
your front window. Once you've been here, you can't get this place
out of your mind. |
